帶IP67防護等級的遠程I/O
安裝，連接，一切就緒。這是直接安裝在機器上的遠程I/O新局面。其信用卡大小的設計允許安裝在***小區域。無需控制柜內空間。IP67防護等級可以承受***惡劣的環境。和集中式解決方案一樣快速。采用開放式現場總線系統實現連接。
典型的I/O系統位于控制柜中央。需要為傳感器和執行機構進行廣泛的布線。模塊化的機器設計另外還需要悶頭連接器互聯。只有完全擺脫了額外的配電箱才能充分發揮遠程I/O模塊的潛力。因此，帶IP67防護等級的I/O模塊成為了適用于惡劣工況的***佳解決方案。

交流伺服電機的控制精度由電機軸后端的旋轉編碼器保證。以三洋全數字式交流伺服電機為例，對于帶標準2000線編碼器的電機而言，由于驅動器內部采用了四倍頻技術，其脈沖當量為360°/8000=0.045°。對于帶17位編碼器的電機而言，驅動器每接收131072個脈沖電機轉一圈，即其脈沖當量為360°/131072=0.0027466°，是步距角為1.8°的步進電機的脈沖當量的1/655。
伺服電動機又稱執行電動機，在自動控制系統中，用作執行元件，把所收到的電信號轉換成電動機軸上的角位移或角速度輸出。伺服電機,可使控制速度,位置精度非常準確。

高性能伺服驅動設計
ACOPOS伺服驅動系列是貝加萊完美自動化解決方案中的一個重要組成部分。針對行業的專用功能以及直觀的工具是縮短開發時間的前提。
評價自動化解決方案的一個重要衡量標準是在應用程序或者生產過程發生瞬變時既快速又精確地產生事件響應。ACOPOS伺服驅動具備這一特性，它在運行時掃描時間非常短且通信循環周期僅400μs，控制循環僅50μs。

卓越的品質，性能強勁且操作安全
在工業環境中要保證正確操作就必須充分重視電磁兼容EMC。除了標準中規定的測試以外，還必須在惡劣的環境中進行現場測試。測試結果充分證明了在實驗室和實際操作中優異的測試指標。設備中還內置了CE指南規定的濾波器。

計算機輔助模型運用已測量的電流和溫度預測出整個系統的熱能。從而實現了***大化系統性能。

ACOPOS伺服驅動會用到電機嵌入式參數芯片上的信息，這些信息包括相關的機電一體化數據。因此不再需要繁復且容易出錯的人工設置參數，啟動時間也大大減少。在維護期間，提供相關的必要數據并快速定位事故原因。

ACOPOS伺服系列也提供帶部分涂層的電路板。這些產品具有相同的規格，但在防塵，防潮等環境影響下更加強大。
