內(nèi)部緩存也就是我們經(jīng)常說的一級高速緩存。在CPU里面內(nèi)置了高速緩存可以提高CPU的運(yùn)行效率,內(nèi)置的L1高速緩存的容量和結(jié)構(gòu)對CPU的性能影響較大,L1緩存越大,CPU工作時(shí)與存取速度較慢的L2緩存和內(nèi)存間交換數(shù)據(jù)的次數(shù)越少,相對電腦的運(yùn)算速度可以提高。不過高速緩沖存儲(chǔ)器均由靜態(tài)RAM組成,結(jié)構(gòu)較復(fù)雜,在CPU管芯面積不能太大的情況下,L1級高速緩存的容量不可能做得太大,L1緩存的容量單位一般為KB。
