          齒輪泵的分類
          屬于結構簡單,納污能力強,工作壓力相對較低,成本較低的一種, 廣泛用于農業機械:拖拉機、收割機等。工程機械:叉車、自卸車等。
          齒輪泵按照齒輪的嚙合形式可分為外嚙合式和內嚙合式兩種,按照齒形曲線有漸開線形、圓弧齒形和擺線齒形。
          2)外嚙合齒輪泵
          ( 1 )外嚙合齒輪泵的結構。主要由主動齒輪、從動齒輪、殼體、前后泵體、密封圈和軸承等組成。
          外嚙合齒輪泵的結構
          1-從動齒輪; 2-軸承套; 3-密封圈; 4一前端蓋; 5-密封;6-傳動軸;;7-主動齒輪;8- 殼體;9后端蓋
          ( 2 )外嚙合齒輪泵的工作原理
          密封容腔由殼體、端蓋和兩對齒輪的嚙合部位組成。配流裝置由齒輪嚙合線將吸油區和壓油區隔開,起配流作用。
          (3)外嚙合齒輪泵的幾個問題
          ①泄漏問題
          端面泄露:齒輪端面和軸承套端面之間間隙占80% ,
          徑向泄露:齒頂與殼體之間間隙15%
          嚙合線泄露:兩個齒輪互相嚙合部位之間間隙。5%減小端面泄漏的方法:采用端面間隙自動補償。
          ②徑向不平衡力。
          泵內壓力腔的油液經過徑向間隙逐漸滲漏到吸油腔,其壓力逐漸減小,液壓力作用在齒輪上的合力大致為圖中力F的方向,此力由軸承來承受,因而影響了軸承的壽命,往往成為提高泵工作壓力的限制因素。
          消除方法:
          1縮小壓油C即壓力的作用面積減小徑向不平衡力
          2.增泵體內表面與齒輪頂圓的間隙,使在徑向不平衡力作用時齒頂和泵體不接觸。
          3.開壓力平衡槽,但泄漏大,很少用
          ③流量脈動。隨著嚙合點位置的不斷變化,吸、壓油腔在每-瞬間的容積變化率是不均勻的,因此齒輪泵的瞬時流量是脈動的。
          ④困油現象及消除措施。由 ( a )旋轉到 b )所示位置時,閉死容積由大變到小;由( b )旋轉到( C )所示位置時,閉死容積從小變到大。這種現象稱之為困油現象。
          危害:減小時使被困油擠出產生高壓,增大時會造成真空產生穴現象。
          消除措施:在軸承套上開卸荷槽 , 當閉死容積由大變小時,借助卸荷槽與壓油腔相通。當閉死容積由小變大時,借助卸荷槽與吸油腔相通。

          齒輪泵優缺點:
          結構簡單、尺寸小、重量輕、價格低、工作可靠、自吸能力強、對油液污染不敏感。
          泄漏量大、工作壓力低。流量脈動大。
          提高工作壓力的措施:
          減小端面泄漏。齒輪端面間隙自動補償。

          1.1進給 傳動裝置磨床砂輪架和工作臺的進給運動大部分采用液壓傳動;車床、六角車床、自動車床的刀架或轉塔刀架,銑床、刨床、組合機床的工作臺等的進給運動也都采用液壓傳動。這些部件有的要求快速移動,有的要求慢速移動。有的既要求快速移動,也要求慢速移動。這些運動多半要求有較大的調速范圍,要求在工作中無級調速;有的要求持續進給,有的要求間歇進給;有的要求在負載變化下速度恒定,有的要求有良好的換向性能等等。所有這些要求都是可以用液壓傳動來實現的。
          1.2往復主題運動傳動裝置龍i刨床的工作臺、牛頭刨床或插床的滑枕,由于要求作高速往復直線運動并且要求換向沖擊小、換向時間短、能耗低,因此都可以采用液壓傳動。
          1.3仿形裝置車床、銑床、刨床上的仿形加工可以采用液壓伺服系統來完成。起精度可達0.01-0. 02m。此外,磨床上的成型砂輪修正裝置亦可采用這系統。
          1.4 輔助裝置機床上的夾緊裝置、齒輪箱變速操縱裝置、絲桿螺母間隙消除裝置、垂直移動部件平衡裝置、分度裝置、工件和刀具裝卸裝置、工件輸送裝置等,采用液壓傳動,有利于簡化機床結構,提高機床自動化程度。
          1.5靜壓支承重型機床、高速機床、高精度機床上的軸承、導軌、絲桿螺母機構等處采用液壓靜支承后,可以提高工作平穩性和運動精度。
          2、液壓傳動技術在工程機械行走驅動中的應用
          行走驅動系統是工程機械的重要組成部分。與工作系統相比,行走驅動系統不僅需要傳輸更大的功率,要求器件具有更高的效率和更長的壽命,還希望在變速調速、差速、改變輸出軸旋轉方向及反向傳輸動力等方面具有良好的能力。于是,采用何種傳動方式,如何更好地滿足各種工程機械行走驅動的需要,-直是工程機械行業所要面對的課題。尤其是近年來,隨著我國交通、能源等基礎設施建設進程的快速發展,建筑施工和資源開發規模不斷擴大,工程機械在市場需求大大增強的同時,更面臨著作業環境更為苛刻、工沉條件更為復雜等所帶來的挑戰,也進一步推動著對其行走驅動系統的深入研究。

          液壓傳動是一種可達到傳遞動力、增加動力、改變速比等目的的傳動方式。液壓傳動是以液體為工作介質,靠處于密閉容器內的液體靜壓力來傳遞力的傳動方式,靜壓力的大小取決于負載,而負載速度的傳遞是按液體容積變化相等的原則進行的,其速度大小取決于流量;如果忽略損失,液壓傳動所傳遞的力與速度無關。
          液壓傳動相比其他傳統傳動方式優勢較為明顯:1)功率重量比大,能以較輕的設備重量取得更大的力和轉矩;2)慣性小,啟動、制動迅速;3)無級調速,調速范圍大,低速性能好;4)高響應速度;5)高負載剛度;6)可控性好,易于實現自動化,液壓元件位臵可以根據設備需要進行調整。
