行走機械是指能夠行走的工程機械、農業機械、礦山機械和專用車輛,如推土機、挖掘機、壓路機、攤鋪機、起重機、叉車、裝載機、拖拉機、聯合收割機等。特別是工程機械,可以稱之為行走機械的代表。
行走機械一般由發動機、底盤和工作裝置三部分組成。而發動機、傳動系統和液壓系統是行走機械的關鍵部件,如液壓系統中的高壓柱塞泵/馬達、液壓閥、液力變速器和液壓電子控制器等。
對于行走機械關鍵技術的研究,主要集中在發動機燃料燃燒與電控、液壓控制系統、自動操縱、可視化駕駛、精確定位與作業、故障診斷與監測、節能與環保等方面。
LUDV系統是力士樂等公司在改進負荷傳感技術的基礎,上發展起來的,它是不受負載影響的流量分配系統,它將常開式壓力補償閥改為常閉式,泵所提供的流量與負載所需相匹配,避免了不必要的空流和節流損失。即使泵的流量小于系統復合動作所需的流量,各動作的相對速度也不會發生變化,從而保證動作的協調性,避免動作沖擊。
力士樂挖掘機液壓系統可以看作由以下4部分組成:
1.多路閥液壓系統(主油路);
2.液壓泵控制液壓系統(包括與發動機綜合控制);
3.各液壓作用元件液壓子系統,包括動臂、斗桿、鏟斗、回轉和行走液壓系統,還包括附屬裝置液壓系統;
4.多路閥操縱和控制液壓系統。
多路閥液壓系統是液壓挖掘機的主油路,它確定了液壓泵如何向.各液壓作用元件的供油方式,決定了液壓挖掘機的工作特性。力士樂采用的閉中位負載敏感壓力補償多路閥液壓系統。挖掘機力士樂主油路由工裝油路和回轉油路二個負載敏感壓力補償系統組成。
工裝油路
工作裝置和行走油路(除回轉外)簡稱工裝油路,用閥后補償分流比負載敏感壓力補償(LUDV)系統,具有抗飽和功能。在每個操縱閥閥桿節流口后,設壓力補償閥,然后通過方向閥向各液壓作用元件供油。
LUDV每個閥塊主要由操縱閥和壓力補償閥組成,為了便于理解閥的原理,把操縱閥進行分解后可知,它實際上由閥的節流部分和閥的換向部分兩部分組成。閥塊原理壓力油進入操縱閥先通過閥節流部分,后經壓力補償閥,后通過閥換向部分去液壓作用元件。閥后補償壓力補償閥布置在操縱閥可變節流口之后,由于液壓作用元件一般都是雙作用,有A、B兩條油路,為了避免兩條油路都設壓力補償閥,因此油路換向部分必須設在壓力補償閥之后。為了簡化閥的結構,把節流部分和換向部分集成于一體(操縱閥中),工作裝置和行走操縱閥雖基本相同,但中位油路連通有所區別。工作裝置操縱閥中位A、B油口封閉,行走操縱閥.中位A、B油口與回油路通過節流相通。對壓力補償閥取力平衡得: Pml =PLmax = Pm2。即壓力補償閥進口壓力都相等,故經各操縱閥的壓差都相等(△P1 = OP2 = OP = PP- PLmax) ,則通過各操縱閥的流量Q=kAP,只與反映閥桿行程(開口量)的k有關,具有抗飽和的功能。負荷低的壓力補償閥產生壓力降:△PC =PLmax - PL2 (設PL1 = PLmax) ,此壓降正好補償負荷壓力差,因此壓力補償閥實際上起了負荷均衡器的作用。多路閥液壓系統工作原理圖1中,檢出負載壓力PLmax采用的是梭閥網,而實際液壓系統中,工裝和行走油路不采用梭閥網,而是采用三位三通的壓力補償閥來檢出負載壓力作為補償壓力。
回轉油路;力士樂把回轉獨立出來,采用閥前補償(減壓閥型壓力補償閥)負載敏感壓力補償油路。它與工作裝置油路并聯。回轉負載油壓通過單向閥與油泵負載敏感腔相通。當工作裝置油路中各液壓元件單獨動作或同時動作時,就如同單泵閥后補償分流比負載敏感壓力補償系統一樣,油泵單獨供該系統。當回轉單獨動作時,為閥前補償負載敏感系統。回轉油路和工裝油路同時動作情況:當工裝油路高負載壓力高于回轉油路時,工裝油壓由于受單向閥阻隔,傳不到回轉油路,由于兩油路是并聯系統,油優先流向負載壓力低的回轉油路;當工裝油路高負載壓力低于回轉油路時,回轉油壓PC通過單向閥傳至工裝油路負載壓力補償,工裝和回轉負載壓力均衡平衡相等,按各自操縱閥的開度大小向各執行器分配供油。
液壓泵控制系統
力士樂挖掘機液壓泵控制系統有不同的配置,具有不同的控制功能。
恒功率閥和杠桿式恒功率裝置
恒功率閥是二位三通閥。在彈簧力作用下,恒功率閥處于右位,下油缸壓力油通過恒功率閥回油,在上油缸腔內油壓和彈簧作用下油泵向大流量方向擺動。油泵壓力油通過上油缸腔作用在頂桿上,頂桿頂推杠桿使杠桿繞支點擺動,推動A閥向右移動,使恒功率閥處于左位,油泵壓力油通過恒功率閥經閥進入下油缸,推動其活塞桿,克服上油缸液壓力并壓縮彈簧使油泵向小流量方向擺動。同時由于上油缸活塞桿右移,頂.桿頂推杠桿的力臂減小,使杠桿推A閥的力下降,直至與A閥彈簧力相等,油泵擺角處于新的平衡位置。
這種恒功率裝置通過杠桿機構來實現,只要杠桿系統設計得好,就能實現很理想的恒功率曲線。
油泵流量調節閥為二位三通閥,閥的左端受泵的出口油壓Pp作用,閥的右端受多路閥負載敏感腔的油壓PLmax和彈簀力FS2作用,此閥的作用是設定系統的補償壓力。流量調節閥的作用是使系統壓差OP ( P -PLmax) 保持定值。OP由設計確定稱為系統的補償壓差,是系統各操縱閥的進口壓加P與出口壓力Pm ( = PLmax) 之差,各操縱閥在保持補償壓差一定條件下,通過改變閥桿的開口面積來控制去各液壓作用元件的流量。系統通過油泵流量調節,按司機操縱閥桿的開度大小,提供所需流量,而且只供給比負載稍高一點(△P)的油壓。避免了系統的流量損失和過大的壓力損失。當彈簧力和閥的受壓面積在設計時取定后,LRS 油泵控制系統是不變的,因此恒功率閥設定功率是不變的。油泵流量調節閥設定的補償壓力也是不變的,雖然可以停機通過調整彈簧來改變功率設定和補償壓力設定,但顯然是不方便和不理想的,但實際挖掘機工作中需要改變功率和改變補償壓力,這是LRS 系統的不足之處。

A11VO的LE2S控制系統
LE2S控制系統與LRS控制系統不同之處是采用了變功率比例電磁閥和變補償壓力比例電磁閥,可以實現變功率控制和變補償壓力控制。為此,在LRS控制系統中恒功率閥和油泵流量調節閥中都加上了比例電磁鐵,成為變功率比例電磁閥和變補償壓力比例電磁閥。
變功率比例電磁閥
在恒功率閥上加上比例電磁鐵,其電磁力作用在閥桿上,其功能實際上是改變彈簧作用力。油泵功率與彈簧力FS成正比,通過改變比例電磁鐵的輸入電流I使電磁力變化,從而改變了油泵的功率控制曲線。
為了充分利用發動機功率,電控設定的大功率線高于發動機額定功率線PH;電控失效后,功率線低于PH,電控小功率線更低。比例電磁鐵控制的恒功率曲線是一個區間。變功率控制在挖掘機有二大功用:
1.實現全功率控制:無變功率控制時,考慮到大氣狀態(氣壓,氣溫和濕度)變化、采用較差燃油和使用過程中發動機性能惡化等原因都會使得發動機功率有所下降,為了防止發動機過載和熄火,一般油泵功率設定都低于發動機額定功率。采用變功率閥,大功率設定高于發動機額定功率,可采用轉速感應控制使發動機始終保持在發動機額定轉速點工作,充分利用發動機功率。
2.實現工況控制:挖掘機要求在不同工況下作業,例如重掘削工況、經濟作業工況和精細作業工況等,要求油泵功率有不同的設定,變功率控制能實現這個要求。
油泵流量調節變補償壓力閥在油泵流量調節閥上加,上比例電磁鐵,通過改變電流可改變其電磁力,此電磁力作用在流量調節閥上,實際上是改變了彈簧力,上面己說明油泵流量調節閥的補償壓力取決于彈簧力,改變彈簧力也就改變了補償壓力。補償壓力與電流I成直線關系。在不同的補償壓力下,供給液壓作用元件的流量與閥桿行程的關系。降低△PLS,供油量減少;閥稈行程增大,流量增加比較平緩。改變控制電流能使補償壓力變化,補償壓力變化能改變去液壓作用元件的流量,起調速作用,變△PLS控制能更好地適應不同作業工況的流量需要,特別是改善了精細作業微動性能;另外隨著發動機轉速改變,泵的流量隨著變化,補償壓力也應隨之改變。應當說明,補償壓力閥輸出的控制油直接操縱液壓泵變量油缸,而功率閥輸出的控制油經補償壓力閥操縱液壓泵變量油缸,因此兩閥的控制關系為補償壓力閥優先。各液壓作用元件液壓回路動臂、斗桿和鏟斗液壓回路其特征為:1.在油缸的兩條油路中都設有限壓閥防止過載;2.動臂和斗桿的液壓回路中若需要可采用再生閥桿,實現再生功能。
行走液壓回路由以下閥組成:限壓閥二個 分別限制行走馬達兩油路壓力,又起補油作用;平衡閥防止下坡時超速;制動操縱閥由左右油路通過梭形閥引入壓力油,在壓力油作用下此閥打開,壓力油通向制動器;減壓閥在 壓力油通向制動器的途中設減壓閥,使通向制動器的油壓降低,制動器承受較低壓力,

剪叉式高空作業平臺行走液壓系統。
行走液壓系統主用來實現剪叉式高空作業平臺平穩行走,通過相應液壓元件的控制,可實現行走制動的啟停及高低速行走。電機泵為整個行走系統提供動力,過濾器用來過濾液壓回油,調壓閥用來控制整個行走液壓系統的壓力,制動器用來實現行走的啟停,通過電磁換向閥與電磁換向閥配合使用,可實現剪叉前進與后退高低速行走,通過單向閥和的配合使用,可以防止馬達在系統停止供油時繼續行走出現吸空,保證馬達側管路充滿液壓油。

工程機械行走制動系統必須保證在惡劣條件下仍具有良好的制動性能,并要求操縱輕便和高可靠性。目前大多數工程機械的制動系統采用氣頂油的
結構型式,以實現車輛的高壓制動效能。近年來,國外工程機械出現采用全液壓制動的方式,其主要.優點是系統的制動壓力高,產生的制動力矩大,制動靈敏,且液壓管路為全封閉的回路,污染性也很小。
液壓制動系統一般由制動傳動裝置和制動執行元件兩部分組成。前者將制動踏板控制的動力源傳遞給制動執行元件;后者是裝在車輪上的制動器,它將傳動裝置傳來的動力變成摩擦力矩。
雙回路液壓制動系統原理,該系統中的雙路蓄能器充液閥控制蓄能器的充油量和壓力。蓄能器的充油量和高制動壓力則根據制動器的用油量、制動力和緊急制動的次數來決定。充液閥的流量和壓力預設一上限值,當蓄能器的壓力達到該值時,充液閥使系統中的一少部分油回流,給蓄能器充壓,蓄能器的壓力達到設定值時,液壓泵卸荷。系統中的充液閥同時給兩個蓄能器供油,當油泵出現故障時,兩個蓄能器分別給兩個回路的制動器供油,既同時工作又互不影響。另外,系統中設置的低壓開關可以隨時提醒駕駛員,當蓄能器的壓力連續下降,并低于報警開關的預定值時,應檢查液壓制動系統,注意安全。
液壓制動系統設計
首先,根據車重、速度、路況等條件,估算工程機械行走制動所需的制動力矩;其次,初步選擇系統壓力,并據此確定制動盤的直徑、制動鉗的尺寸等參數。制動盤的直徑在能夠安裝的大空間前提下確定,整車的制動力矩是每個制動器產生的制動力矩之和,而每個制動器上產生的力矩都取決于系統壓力、制動缸活塞的尺寸和數量、制動鉗的尺寸、制動鉗與制動盤之間的摩擦系數等。
根據制動缸的行程和截面積,計算出單側制動缸所需的油液體積。考慮到在實際使用中,制動器逐漸磨損,為確保安全,應以磨損后的舊制動器進行計算;然后,求得前、后橋制動1次所需的油液總體積:后,按照設計要求,當制動泵不工作時,蓄能器至少應該能夠完成緊急制動次數不少于4~5次,將剛得到的油液總.體積擴大5倍,液壓泵排量的確定液壓泵的排量根據蓄能器的充液時間來確定。為了安全,蓄能器的充液時間長不能超過20s。已知蓄能器無油狀態時的容積為V,充滿油液時的容積為V3,且蓄能器的工作過程為絕熱過程,滿足P,Vi=P3 V3, 則一個蓄能器的體積變化量0V= V1- V3。根據系統中蓄能器數量,可求得需要油液的總體積,再根據充液時間,計算出系統流量。又因為發動機的轉速是變化的,所以在計算泵的排量時,應該按照發動機在怠速時的轉速來考慮,再考慮到泵的容積效率為85%,計算泵的排量q,據此選擇合適的制動泵。
目前液壓行走系統僅用于低速行駛的工程機械,其作業裝備也以液壓傳動為主,主要是利用了液壓元件布置的獨立性。但其不適合應用于批量生產的小
轎車以及高速車輛,原因是效率低,油耗高,而且液壓元件的生產批量也無法與小轎車相比。
